Adobe Acrobat Not Saving Changes

When editing adobe documents in adobe that were opened from the Laserfiche client I am getting a different save window then the usual 'overwrite, create new copy, etc' Laserfiche prompt.

It was working fine when I had Nitro PDF installed but with Adobe Reader and Standard it does not let me save any changes.

Step 1: Not the Solution: Using the 'View' Drop-down Menu. On would intuitively think that if you opened the pdf in Adobe Acrobat and then selected View - Rotate View - Counterclockwise and saved the document it would fix the problem. But when you next open that document, you will find that the rotate view was not saved and the PDF still opens in the unwanted portrait orientation. I then use Save as Adobe PDF to convert the doc, but it is dropping the change bars. I've done this for years with no issues. I did this as recently as June 2018 with Word 2016 and the then current version of Acrobat Pro DC. This works fine when printing using the 'Adobe PDF' printer. To save changes to the current file, choose File Save. To save a copy of a PDF, choose File Save As. In Acrobat Reader, choose File Save As or File Save As Other Text. To save a copy of a PDF Portfolio, choose File Save As Other PDF Portfolio.

The save window is just a browser pointing to a temp folder on the local workstation hard drive.
